Reprographics

Reprographic components can consist of a central print room, a fleet of floor copiers, network printing solutions, network scanning solutions (with additional software), on-line documents finishing (folding, stapling, binding) and fax modems. Associated software solutions allow printing to be sent over the internet, managed in queues, automatically costed, volumes can be measured and managed, documents reformatted, appended, archived and merged. Many machines can be used to email documents and can form part of an electronic workflow.

There are many different suppliers, offering a wide range of machines. Selecting the right machine can reduce cost, increase the scope of service and better integrate with the full solution.
